For this reason Triptans are dangerous for individuals with coronary narrowing to take.
Other Migraine Treatments
Some common alternative migraine treatment options include therapies such as Massage, Acupuncture, or Biofeedback. The use of Chiropractic manipulation is also successful for migraine treatment. Supplements and herbs have been proven by research to be very effective in migraine prevention and treatment. Just because a certain medication is suggested by a physician or pharmaceutical company doesn’t always mean it’s the best option. As a patient, and migraine sufferer people need to know their options are and which options will not only be effective but better for them.
