There are some things in life that overwhelm you. Going on vacation with the in-laws is one of those things; try as you might, you just can’t seem to enough right things to out weigh all of the bad things you do, in their eyes. Whether it is the hotel you chose or the rental car that you accepted to drive, this definitely fits the category of “things that overwhelm you.” Another thing that can for sure overwhelm you in life is dealing with the chronic neurological and vascular condition known as migraine headaches. You would think since it is described as a headache, you can use OTC meds to counteract the symptoms and the headache itself…boy, would you be wrong. A migraine goes far deeper that any surface head pain; it literally attacks the body from the inside-out. Millions of Americans suffer from vascular headaches each year and migraines account for the number one reason why people miss work in theU.S.So is there a cure? What can be done?
Bang!
Unfortunately, there is no cure but once you learn how a migraine works and what migraine treatments you can use, you will have the opportunity to minimize the migraine’s effectiveness. Migraines are caused by triggers. Triggers are primarily environmental or physiological in nature and should be avoided as much as possible. Here are some of the known triggers; see if you can relate to any of them: loud noises, fatigue, hunger, weather changes, humidity, sleep depravity or too much sleep, smells like cigarette smoke or perfume, certain foods, caffeine, back / neck pain and even alcohol. However, some of these can’t be avoided at all times so you must utilize a migraine treatment option to help with the attack.
Processing
Once the trigger is experienced by the sufferer, the blood vessels in the brain cavity will begin to expand and enlarge causing a chemical to be released into the brain. This chemical starts to attack the arteries in the brain and the trigeminal nerve will become inflamed. Both of these occurrences will bring on the immense and intense pain associated with migraine headaches. This pain and other symptoms will only be controlled by the use of a migraine treatment such as the Migraine Support Formula
