When a bug comes buzzing around the natural instinct is to try and swat it away. The same way our body reacts to an annoying pest or odd sensation on the hand or foot so does the body respond when a migraine is the process of developing and creating pain. As a migraine develops the body begins to change both physically as well as chemically. For example: when the body endures a prolonged period of pain, the sympathetic nerves go on high alert triggering the onset of symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Once the sympathetic system is on guard, other systems in the body begin to malfunction such as the body’s ability to digest food correctly – it delays the contents in the stomach from being emptied into the small intestines, making it difficult for medications to be absorbed.
If relief is desired than several changes will need to be made and certain natural ingredients will need to be implemented in order to help reduce migraine pain and to trick our bodies into behaving during the onset of a migraine headache.
