Moving can be a very stressful and upsetting time of an individual’s life. You have to pack and packing is not easy task either. You have to wrap all of the breakables in bubble wrap or separate them with cardboard. Then you label each box so you know which ones you can be rough with and the one’s labeled “fragile.” Once your place is all boxed up, then you have to schedule a mover to come out and pack up all the stuff or you do it yourself. This is where most people mess up – the loading. Mainly guys and some muscular women try to show off how much they can carry and how fast they can load it compared to the others around helping. In their haste, they not only forget to stretch but push their only muscle strength to its limits. The result is a pulled back or neck or both. And for migraine sufferers, this accelerates the precarious situation by adding, on top of the moving, lifting and juggling, a migraine. Worst Day Ever…unless you have a migraine treatment plan to fall back on.
