Each migraine attack is different for each sufferer that experiences it. Some go through the prodrome stage without even knowing it, while those who get hoy ears in that stage can’t even deny that a migraine will be here soon. Some go partially blind while others just get a little upset stomach. Since millions of Americans suffer from migraine headaches each year, it is important to be aware of what can happen as migraine triggers and symptoms can be very evasive in truth. Here are two of the four stages which cause you trouble.
Prodrome Stage
This is the first stage of the migraine and about 50% of the people with chronic migraines suffer from symptoms in this stage. Prodrome usually occurs days if no hours before the Headache stage. Here are some of the symptoms that you could experience here: hot ears, irritability, depression, euphoria, dizziness, strange food cravings, diarrhea, constipation, irregular urination patterns, stiffness in neck, fatigue, and even sudden mood swings. Magnesium Citrate is a molecular compound used for the specific purpose in stopping the stopping-up process of constipation and when combined with Vitamin B2 and Coenzyme Q10, Magnesium Citrate can pack the biggest punch toward the prophylaxis of migraines. Riboflavin, in the Migraine Support Formula, can be helpful against fatigue and excessive sleeping. Vitamin B2 or Riboflavin is a key ingredient in creating and maintaining energy from within the body. A healthy diet of B2-enriched foods can aid in creating and maintain your energy levels, thus minimizing the fatigue you can experience.
Headache Stage
This is the climax stage of the migraine process and is most overwhelming because of the unilateral, throbbing head pain. Nausea is also seen in this stage because the pain is so great you can become dizziness and nauseous from the aching. Butterbur, an herbal supplement found in the Migraine Support Formula, is a plant that nestles in marshes or wetland areas. It has the distinct ability to ease pain naturally and can even stop inflammation; this is important since the trigeminal nerve in the brain becomes inflamed throughout the migraine process. Ginger root can help with nausea as well as a number of gastrointestinal issues which can be very difficult to overcome.
