The differences between over the counter medicine that has aspirin vs. the medicine that is aspirin free is that medicine containing aspirin prevents the platelets from becoming blocked and forming blood clots. The only major concern for taking wither drug is that if taken in to large of doses aspirin can increase the risk of excessive bleeding. Aspirin is often used to help prevent heart attacks and strokes. Also the primary ingredient for Aspirin is Salix which is from the bark of the White Willow tree.
It is medicinal herb that has been used to treat various illnesses, including headache, for centuries. It has been shown as helpful for arthritis, pain, fever, headache, and migraine.
It is also an herb which is a shrub-like plant that grows in north Asia, Europa, and parts of North America. Several studies have been done that suggest it helps in the prevention of migraines.
