There are multiple ways to use this blend; you can massage your forehead, your temples, or solar plexus. You can breathe it in deeply. Or my personal favorite, you can even pour 15 drops of this aromatic blend into the bathtub and soak for at least 15 minutes; myself however, I am going to suggest soaking for around about thirty minutes just to make sure I get a good stress release.
