Migraine pain can be far beyond frustrating to deal with on a regular or chronic basis, yet millions of people worldwide deal with migraine pain that is considered to be chronic (or regular) in nature. - Avoid Caffeine – Often the consumption of caffeine can trigger more migraine pain then any amount of immediate relief it may seem to bring. This is partly because of the caffeine withdrawal process or rebound headache effect.
- Track Cycles – because many females tend to notice and increase in migraine pain episodes during their menstrual cycles it is important for these cycles to be tracked, so that proper prevention techniques can be practiced in order to prevent migraine pain during certain times of the month.
- Try Alternative Treatments – Alternative treatments such as acupuncture, biofeedback, chiropractic care, as well as massage has been highly beneficial for those that experience migraine pain on a regular basis.
