I love coffee. Coffee helps me wake up and start my day with enthusiasm and expectancy toward success at work, at home, pretty much everywhere. The aroma. The taste. The caffeine…oh, the caffeine is my favorite part as it gets me charged and ready. Yet unknowingly, coffee can be a major metabolic challenge for many migraine sufferers as the caffeine content can be a key trigger in the start of a migraine attack. And once a trigger, which normally is environmental in nature, has been encountered, there is no stopping the migraine from occurring. However, you can control the intensity of the pain and the other symptoms by using a migraine treatment.
Now, triggers can come in all shapes and sizes and are different each person as are their fingerprints. Here are a few of the known triggers: humidity, dry air, certain foods, smells such as body odor, perfume and cigarette smoke inhalation, lack of sleep, hunger, stress (work, family, extracurricular activities…), weather changes, loud noises like rock concerts or the space shuttle, back / neck tension and even bright sun light. These should be avoided when at all possible. Yet, don’t turn into a hermit to do so; take a migraine treatment and accomplish progress in many responsibilities. But what happens when this migraine attacks?
Like a time bomb winding down toward explosion, the migraine process start slowly and intensifies over time. First, blood vessels in the brain will begin to expand and enlarge. As they do, a chemical will be released into the brain attacking the arteries as a consequence. This onslaught causes the pain most associate with migraine headaches and will not cease until the blood vessel that stared this return back to their original shape. Plus, pain is not the only symptom a migraine sufferer will have to possibly endure. They might have to cope with: vomiting, nausea, blurred vision, temporary blindness (during the aura phase), loss of motor skills and even cognitive abilities. Yet all of these symptoms in their fiercest moments can be calmed by the use of a migraine treatment. Treatments, like the Migraine Support Formula, innovatively use natural supplements to minimize the migraine’s intensity and symptom’s frequency.
