Headaches though a nuisance only last for a short period of time whereas a migraine causes a lengthy interferences. Over the counter medicines can simply treat a headache yet have no effect on a migraine. In order for there to be relief from migraine pain something much more complex is needed. Whether the choice of treatment be prescription based or holistic the need for it exist in order for any hope of relief to be found.
